We do not accept returns at this time, unless the item has arrived damaged or has a defect.
Purchases and Orders:
All sales made are made to order and considered final. Remember that it is your responsibility to ensure ordered items are correct and suitable prior to the placement of your purchase.
Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but they can happen.
If there is any damage, please take a picture and send it in to email@example.com within 48 hours of it arriving. We will send a replacement right away. We strive to ensure that our customers are 100% happy with their products!
We reserve the right to provide an exchange for goods damaged on arrival, and in some cases a refund for items that display evident and significant discrepancy from its advertisement in the description.
To be eligible for an exchange, or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging and proof of your purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, or we cannot issue an exchange. You may contact us for details on where to send your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the status of your return.
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or alternative original method of payment. Please be patient as this process may take up to 7 days and is dependent on our payment processor and your credit card company.
Please do not file a dispute without contacting us first.
